Nights 2 and 3

Well, the last two nights went perfectly as far as I’m concerned. Listened to the hypnosis, had the drinks on deck, woke up to the alarm, peed, drank, and fell back asleep super quickly. I actually barely remember waking up to do these things, but I know I did as my drink was empty in the morning, so it definitely wasn’t a dream. This is very promising to me. I want these nighttime interruptions to be more of a subconscious thing, rather than actively having to think about it. This means my body will start to just do it normally.

So yup, I feel this is going to be a great training regiment, and that I’m already well on the way to becoming a true bedwetter.
